FundFinder — one app for mutual-fund investing in Pakistan
A 0→1 mobile app consolidating mutual-fund investing into a single surface — replacing a fragmented experience across multiple fund-house apps. Three months end-to-end: two on research and journey mapping, one on UI and usability testing.

KYB verification, from 50 minutes to 15
70% of new businesses were abandoning the KYB form and falling back to the customer success team to finish onboarding. I rebuilt the flow into a section-based, save-and-resume experience with inline compliance feedback — cutting completion time by 70% and CS tickets by 38%.

Receipt Inbox — a centralised hub with AI matching
Manually attaching receipts to transactions was slow, error-prone, and had no memory. I designed a centralised receipt inbox with bulk upload, AI-powered auto-matching, and a floating bulk-action bar that later became a platform-wide pattern.
